摘要
以辽宁省北部的昌图县为例,从耕地的自然和社会经济因素选取了2个方面7个指标,运用特尔斐法和层次分析法,对昌图县高标准基本农田建设区域进行评价,并归纳出建设模式。评价结果表明,昌图县高标准基本农田可以划定为最佳、适宜、有条件和无条件建设4种类型区,各区的面积分别占总耕地面积的8.98%、17.43%、6.33%和67.26%;该区域高标准基本农田建设可划分平原和丘陵区2种工程建设模式,以及肥力保育与肥力提升2种培育模式。
This paper was a case study of Changtu,and selected nine indicators from natural factors and social economic factors,and got the Changtu high-standard basic farmland construction location and construction model using the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process( AHP). The results show that,the best areas account for the local land area of 8. 98 %,the suitable areas account for the local land area of 17. 43 %,the conditional areas account for the local land area of 6. 33 %,and the unconditional areas account for the local land area of 67. 26 %. Construction modes of Changtu can be divided into the plain and hills engineering mode,fertility retention and fertility of ascension construction model.
