摘要
膜技术用于处理石油化工废水的案例研究表明该技术用于我国船舶油水分离从技术上也是可行的。基于对膜技术工艺参数选择的分析,设计了可投入实际应用的二级油水分离器方案,由一级处理装置和用于深度处理的二级膜分离装置组成。膜分离装置的孔径和膜材料的亲水/油性依据进水情况进行确定;操作温度为室温;跨膜压差应控制在0.1~0.2MPa;膜分离装置的进水油含量和进水流量应由一级处理装置进行调节,以使其适合膜分离装置的最佳运行状态。
The case study of membrane technology applied in oily water treatment in petrochemical industry demonstrated that it was also technically feasible in ship oil-water separation in China. Based on the analysis of the membrane technological parameters selection,a practical ship oil-water separator had been designed,which consists of two-stage devices,a preliminary treatment device and a membrane filtration device for advanced treatment. The pore size and the hydrophilicity of the membrane should be decided by the influent oil content. the operating temperature could be the influent temperature. The trans-membrane pressure drop should be controlled at0. 1- 0. 2 MPa. The influent oil concentration and flux should be modified by the preliminary treatment device so they are appropriate for the membrane filtration device.
