摘要 本文首先明确了雷电灾害风险评估的流程,通过对当前一些评估方法的分析,确定了危化品企业应当使用的评估方法。通过实地考查,介绍了济宁市城区危化品企业的分布情况,通过实地测量得出了大量数据,通过这些数据对这些企业所处位置进行了简要雷电环境评估、接地环境评价、雷击影响环境评估。探索危化品企业雷电灾害风险评估的一套体系,使危化品企业可以根据雷电灾害风险评估结果进行自我管理,也方便气象主管机构对危化品企业防雷安全进行监管。 The paper made clear about the process of lightning disaster risk assessment. And then it found out the correct evaluation method of dangerous chemicals enter through the analysis of some current assessment methods. Through on-the-spot research this paper introduces the distribution of the chemical enterprise the Jining urban district. We got a large data by field measurement. On the basis of data analysis we had a brief thunder environmental assessments and grounding environmental assessment and lightning strikes environmental assessments. The purpose is to to explore a set of lightning disaster risk assessment system for enterprise to make enterprises Should manage themselves according to the result of lightning disaster risk assessment and make the competent meteorological departments of lightning protection also convenient to for enterprise safety regulation.
