綦江区土地整治项目空间分异格局

Spatial Disparity Pattern of Land Consolidation Projects in Qijiang District

为提高土地整治宏观决策合理性,本文以重庆市綦江区土地整治项目数据为基础,采用标准差异指数、变异系数和空间自相关分析对綦江区土地整治项目的差异进行了实证研究。结果表明:土地整治项目呈波浪式递增;投资规模、建设规模和新增耕地规模呈东南、西北部高的特点,项目个数的空间分布特征较为零散;各镇街土地整治的绝对规模在增大,相对差异在减小;建设水平空间差异较大,并分析了土地整治项目空间异质性特征;建议綦江区未来应坚持农用地整治为主。

To improve the rationality of land consolidation macro decision-making,based on the data of land consolidation projects,this article explored empirically land consolidation differences with the methods of standard deviation index,the coefficient of variation,and a spatial autocorrelation analysis. The conclusions showed as follows: Land consolidation projects had a rising trend in the wave-increasing characteristics; Investment scale,construction scale and the newly-added cultivated land area were present in large scale in the southeast and northwest of Qijiang. The spatial pattern of the number of land consolidation projects was scattered and ruleless. The absolute difference of land consolidation projects among towns showed an expansion trend,and the relative difference showed a decreasing tendency. The spatial patterns of land consolidation projects were quite different. We also analyzed the spatial heterogeneity of land consolidation projects and suggested that Qijiang should continue to insist on focusing on farmland rearrangement.
