基于环境安全格局的威海市土地承载力评估

Land Carrying Capacity of Weihai City Based on Environmental Safety Structure

以山东省威海市为例,借助GIS技术平台,将环境安全格局在空间上纳入其土地适宜性评价系统中,对威海市适宜建设用地进行评估,并以此为基础,得出威海市土地承载人口的极值。研究结果表明威海市土地承载力难以应对未来十年的人口增长压力,提出威海市未来须集约利用土地,提高土地利用效率,做好"多规合一"协调工作,对土地利用情况进行动态监测等土地利用方式建议。

This thesis takes Weihai City,Shandong Province,China as the research object. Using GIS technology platform,the study involves the environmental security structure into the land suitability analyses system and discerns the land appropriate to construct,which comes to land carrying capacity in population. The result shows that it is difficult for Weihai to deal with the pressure of population growth in the next ten years. Propose recommendations of land use pattern in the future,such as,adopting the intensive land- use model,improving land-use efficiency,coordinating planning in different fields,real- time monitoring the land- use changing gradually,etc.
