"C-GSSC"循环是一种基于上海市绿色账户(试点)的激励机制,以一张带有可循环标志的银行卡为核心,将垃圾分类的奖励与银行信用度挂钩,提升居民垃圾分类的积极性和绿色环保的意识,同时增加居民社会责任感。并力求纳入政府,社区,学校和企业等多方,从不同方面来支持和宣传垃圾分类的奖励,提高垃圾分类影响力。此机制不仅可以利用积分奖励的模式来提高垃圾分类的参与度,普及垃圾分类的知识,以积分形式激励促进居民直接受益,还可以将政府的垃圾分类推进资金用在刀刃上,超市、银行等企业单位间接受益,学校、社区配合宣传,使居民积极了解投入到垃圾分类中,同时丰富银行卡使用形式,还可为日后居民信用打分机制的提升,提供了更为全面的评估平台。

C- GSSC circulation is a kind of incentive mechanism based on Shanghai Green account( pilot),with the help of the bank cards,garbage classification points and bank credits are connected. It helps to enhance the awareness of residents and let them participate in the green environmental protection activities. Moreover,it is linked with the government,communities,schools and enterprises and other factors to support and promote garbage classification in order to reward and improve the influence of garbage classification.This mechanism can not only be used as an integral reward model to improve the garbage classification's participation,to popularize knowledge of garbage classification and benefit the residents,but also well use the governments' funds and benefit supermarkets,banks and the related enterprises directly. Schools and communities enable residents to understand the law of sorting and enrich the popularization of the related bank cards. Finally,it provides more comprehensive evaluation platforms for the promotion of the future residents of the credit scoring system.
