Grade Evaluation of the Important Geological Relic Resource in Shandong Province

山东地处中国东部沿海、黄河下游,漫长而又丰富的地壳演化史为齐鲁大地留下了难以复制且种类齐全、特征鲜明的地质遗迹资源,通过全省重要地质遗迹资源综合调查,首次摸清了山东省重要地质遗迹资源家底,并采用定性和定量相结合的方式,对各重要地质遗迹资源级别进行了综合评价,共确定20处世界级、60处国家级和123处省级地质遗迹资源,为今后山东省地质遗迹的分级保护和管理提供了科学依据。

Shandong Province is located in the eastern coast of China,and the Yellow River downstream. The geological relic resources had been left through the long and rich early crustal evolution. It has a unique,diversified and distinctive characteristics. We find out the important geological relic resources first,on the basis of the province's important geological relic resources investigation.The important geological relic resources are assessed,based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,and 20 world- class relics,60 national level relics and 123 provincial geological relic resources had been identified. It will provide scientific basis for the grading protection and management of geological relics in Shandong Province.
