摘要
以杭州为例,使用复杂网络理论,通过编程模拟计算的方法,给出了一种优化城市水环境监测断面布局的方法,并利用Petri网建立了动态水网质量的监测模型。研究为南方水网较为密集的城市建立有效的水环境质量监测体系提出一种新的思路,即在对现有的监测断面布局进行有效调整的前提下,将传统的静态的孤立的监测体系改造为动态的系统的体系,从而更好地判定水环境变化情况,并对相关责任进行认定。
Based on complex network theory and computing simulation method,this paper made research on dynamic water environment monitoring network,which is built by Petri network. This research gives a new way to improve the water environment monitoring system in Chinese south cities which have a complex water environment. It suggests that the traditional monitoring system can be improved by a limited ajustment with the current water monitoring locations. And this dynamic monitoring system helps to analyse the change scope of water environment.
