摘要
造成传统"褐色"发展道路的根本原因在于经济发展的能源基础是化石能源,海南即便不发展工业,而依靠传统化石能源来支撑旅游业等服务业的发展,当其发展超过一定"阈值",也将青山不再。海南走上绿色发展道路的关键在于,依靠互联网+,创新能源结构,实现以太阳能为主的可再生能源的能源供给侧改革;如此才能真正走上绿色发展道路,而不在于是否发展工业。海南的发展,包括旅游业为主导的服务业的发展需要新型工业化作为发展支撑。
The fundamental reasons of traditional'brown'development is that the economic development of the energy is based on fossil fuels. If Hainan supports service industry such as tourism and other industries,by traditional fossil energy when this kind of development goes beyond a certain ' threshold',hill is no longer green. The key that Hainan's green development is depending on Internet+,energy structure innovation. On this basis,we can complete the reform of renewable energy supplies relying mainly on solar energy. In this way,Hainan can really take green development path. The development of Hainan including tourism- driven service industry needs new industrialization development for support.
