Research on the Optimal Path of Village Distribution Based on Multi- factors

村庄布局优化是新型城镇化的重要内容之一,也是推动新型城镇化的重要手段。基于河南省巩义市开展城乡一体化规划的实践案例,从社会经济发展的角度建立评价指标体系,划分了巩义市村庄的发展潜力,结合内生驱动型区域的特点,确立了村庄布局优化的方案,并讨论了不同类型村庄的未来发展指引。在新型城镇化背景下,村庄发展潜力评价应注重村庄的社会经济发展指标;对内生驱动型区域村庄的未来发展指引,宜基于村庄未来发展动力,即城镇带动型村庄和中心村带动型村庄,以巩固和增强区域的内生发展动力。

The optimal path of the village distribution is an important part in the New Urbanization and is also an important way to propose the New Urbanization. Based on the planning case of Gongyi City in Henan Province,this paper proposes the index system from the angel of social economic development to assess the potential of villages in Gongyi City. Then,Combining the characteristics of endogenous driven region,we make the optimized implementation plan of the village distribution. In the end,we discuss developed guidelines for different kinds of villages in the near future. Finally,under the background of the New Urbanization,as a research result,the assessment of the village potential should emphasize on socio- economic index,and the specific developed guidelines of villages in endogenous driven region should base on the type,urban driving or Central- village driving,to which it belongs.
