文章基于国际低碳形势这一大环境,首先对西方国家的碳税制度进行了分析,在综合了解已开展碳税制度的国家其经验之后,结合我国国情,从经济和社会两个方面,对碳税制度在我国开展的可行性进行了分析,并探讨了我国开展碳税制度所应采取的策略。

Based on the international low carbon situation,this paper analyzed the carbon tax policy of western countries,and the feasibility of carbon tax policy of economy and society in China combined with China's conditions after comprehending the experiences of Western countries,and discussed the strategies ofcarbon tax policy.
