摘要
南水北调工程是缓解我国北方水资源紧缺的重大战略性基础设施,中线工程通水后,受水区的水文条件、生态环境状况均将发生改变。本文介绍了南水北调中线工程概况,分析其对受水区生态环境的影响机理,提出生态环境效应评价技术路线,并构建南水北调工程对受水区生态环境影响效应评价体系,以期为南水北调工程不同用户之间水资源的合理分配提供支持。
The south-to-north water transfer project is a major strategic infrastructure which can alleviate the shortage of water resources in north China,and local hydrological conditions as well as the ecological environment situation will change after the accomplishment of the middle route water. This paper introduces the general situation of south-to-north water transfer project and analyses its influence mechanism to the local ecological environment. Then it puts forward the technical route of the ecological environment effect evaluation and builds the ecological environment effect evaluation system,in order to supply a reasonable allocation of water resources between different users of south-to-north water transfer project.
