基于不同评价模型的土地生态安全评价——以山东半岛蓝色经济区为例 被引量:20

摘要 为寻求最适宜的土地生态安全评价模型。研究在经过相同数据处理方法及熵权赋权下,运用物元模型、TOPSIS模型和综合指数模型对2013年山东半岛蓝色经济区七市的土地生态安全水平进行评价。三种评价模型得出的评价结果总体排名一致,土地生态安全水平由高到低均为威海、东营、青岛、烟台、滨州、日照和潍坊,三种评价模型具有科学性和合理性;不同评价模型下各城市评价等级存在明显差异,通过对比发现最适宜的土地生态安全评价模型为物元模型;物元分析结果表明人均水资源量、单位耕地农药施用量及化肥施用量、工业固废综合利用率和农业机械化程度是制约山东半岛蓝色经济区土地生态安全水平的主要因素。物元模型为最适宜的土地生态安全评价模型,研究结果为山东半岛蓝色经济区生态安全保护工作提供科学依据,研究方法为生态安全评价提供借鉴。 In order to find a optimum model of land eco-security evaluation,with the same set of data processed by same data processing method and weighted by entropy weight,the Matter-element Model,the Improved TOPSIS Model and the Comprehensive Index Model are employed in the land eco-security evaluation of seven cities in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone. The results show that:(1)the overall rank of the evaluation worked out by the three models of evaluation is consistent and the level of land eco-security from high to low is Weihai,Dongying,Qingdao,Yantai,Binzhou,Rizhao and Weifang,from which we can see the scientific and rational of the three models of evaluation.(2)There are significant differences of different cities under different models of evaluation,by which we find that the optimum model of land eco-security evaluation is the Matter-element Model.(3)The results worked out by the Matter-element Model show that the main factors restricting the land eco-security level in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone are water resources per capita,application amount of pesticide and chemical fertilizer in the unit of cultivated land,the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste and agriculture mechanization degree. Thus,we can conclude that the Matter-element Model is the optimum model of land eco-security evaluation,and the results can provide the scientific basis for related works on the protection of ecological security in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone,while the method wiuu provide reference for the land eco-security evaluation.
