摘要
绿色经济发展必然带来对绿领人力资源重大而迫切需求,绿领人力资源开发意义重大。本研究在对绿色、绿色工作与就业、绿领等概念进行梳理的基础上,分析概括了绿领人力资源独特的工作生活价值观、准则和行为。研究从"绿色的工作"和"绿色地工作"两个维度对绿领人力资源进行了系统分类,提出"非绿领"、"浅绿领"、"假绿领"、"真绿领"以及"体面的绿领"等绿领类别,以及绿领人力资源开发的两条典型路径选择,继而提出并论述了诸如绿色宏观经济引领、政策支持、绿色企业和企业绿色管理、绿色文化宣传、绿领人力资源教育与开发、绿领工作生活支持与保障,以及绿领群体共同行动交流与归属等机制。
With the development of Green Economy,Green Collar is needed dramatically. It's vital for development of Green Collar Human Resource. Based on reviewing the relevant concepts of green,green job and green collar,the author analyzes the working life value,belief and behaviors of Green Collar,and categorizing non-green collar,light-green collar,false-green collar,true-green collar and decent-green collar,according two dimensions: green job and working greenly. Thus,two classical development paths are put forward,and relevant development mechanisms are addressed,such as green economy leading,green enterprise and green management,green culture and propaganda,green collar training and education,working life support,and group communication and belongingness to society.
