中国居民经济福利的动态差异分析——来自210个地市及以上城市的经验证据

Analysis of dynamic difference on residents' economic welfare in China:an empirical evidence for 210 cities

利用中国210个地市及以上城市1994-2014年数据,文章从地区和城乡两个方面实证分析了居民经济福利水平的区际和区内差异性。研究发现,中国居民的经济福利水平表现出明显的差异性,在总体上呈现出显著的"沿海-内陆"和"市区-县区"的二元特征;沿海居民不仅在整体上具有较高的福利水平,而且无论是市区居民还是县区居民,他们的经济福利状况都趋向于改善和优化;在内陆地区,居民的经济福利水平在整体上远低于沿海居民,并且在同一区域内,市区与县区居民的经济福利差距也未发生明显的改善,相反,在某些区域还表现出恶化的倾向。

Based on the data of 210 Chinese cities in 1994-2014,this paper did an empirical analysis on the difference of economic welfare level from two aspects of regional,and urban and rural perspectives. The results were as following: residents' economic welfare level had showed obvious differences,and had the binary characteristic of ‘coastal and inland'and ‘urban-counties' in general.Coastal residents had a higher welfare level on the whole. Urban residents and county residents improved and optimized economic welfare. In inland areas,residents' economic welfare level was far lower than the coastal residents on the whole,and in the same area,the gap of economic welfare between city and county was not improved; on the contrary,there was a trend of deterioration in some areas.
