基于绿色社区理念的高校学生公寓可持续建设研究——以湖南大学为例

Study on sustainable construction of college students apartment based on the green community concept: taking Hunan University as an sample

本文以历史资料和实地调研为基础,梳理并探讨了湖南大学学生公寓在三个特定发展阶段的建设特征。通过对建设过程中规划布局、公共交往空间、基本单元体和居住需求等特征的对比研究,揭示了高校学生公寓呈现出社区化的发展趋势。同时基于绿色社区理念的指导和对湖南大学天马学生公寓园区的分析,提出在高校学生公寓中推行绿色社区建设发展的思路,将绿色社区理念作为未来学生公寓建设的主导思想和运营管理模式。

Based on the historical data and field research,this paper analyzes the features of college students' apartment in Hunan University from three specific development stages. Through the comparative study on the features of planning layout,public intercourse space,basic unit body and living demand in the course of construction,we find the community-based nature in the development of college students' apartment. At the same time,by analyzing Tianma students' campus apartment of Hunan University under the guidance of green community,the author puts forward such a suggestion that we may promote the concept of green community in the construction of college students' apartment and we should also take the green community as the dominant ideas and basic operation and management model in the future construction of college students' apartments.
