摘要 以浙江省新昌县为研究区域,借助于3S技术,对新昌县2015年和2016年的生产建设项目扰动变化进行了全面调查,调查成果作为基础数据提供给当地水行政执法部门,大大提高了现场监督检查工作的针对性和效率,并实现了信息化与监督检查的融合。调查结果表明,生产建设项目分布随着时间由城区向郊区及村镇扩散,同时2015年到2016年间,全县生产建设项目扰动图斑数量和面积均呈扩大趋势。 The paper takes Xinchang in Zhejiang Province as the study area. With the help of 3S technology,the variations of disturbance about production and construction projects of Xinchang in 2015 and in 2016 was investigated.And the survey results was provided to the local water administrative law enforcement departments as the basis of the data,which improved greatly the pertinence and efficiency of the supervision and inspection work in the field and realized the integration of information and supervision and inspection. The results showed that the distribution of production and construction projects spread from the suburbs to towns and villages as time went on. And from 2015 to 2016,the number and area of disturbance plots about the production and construction projects in Xinchang showed an increasing trend.
