摘要
以县级行政区为评价基础单元,在"三生空间"理论的基础上,充分挖掘各国土空间功能类型的内涵,筛选出与四大空间功能类型相对应的投入产出指标。运用数据包络分析法对2012~2014年福建省84县区的国土空间开发利用静态效率进行测算。其研究结果表明:(1)2012~2014年福建省国土空间开发利用各维度综合静态效率平均值达0.682。(2)福建省各县域国土空间开发利用综合效率空间分布呈现非均衡发展格局。(3)福建省各主体功能区的国土空间功能类型纯技术效率、规模效率和综合效率皆存在明显的差异,优化开发区的国土发展空间和可持续保障空间开发利用综合效率和规模效率较高;而重点生态功能区和农产品主产区的农业生产空间综合效率较高;各功能区的生态环境空间开发利用效率普遍较高且差异较小。
Based on the evaluation unit on the county level,it fully excavates the connotation of space function types of major functional area and selects the input and output index corresponding to four dimensional function types on the basis of the theory of 'production-living-ecological space'. The static efficiency of land spatial development and utilization is calculated by using the data envelopment analysis on 84 counties in Fujian Province from 2012 to 2014,and making the integrated efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency value to be visual expression based on GIS10.1 operation platform. Through the system clustering analysis,finally the integrated efficiency level of each county area is divided into five grades. The research results show that: First,each dimension integrated static efficiency average value of land spatial development and utilization from 2012 to 2014 in Fujian Province is up to 0.682. Second,land spatial development and utilization efficiency presents an unbalanced development patterns in each County of Fujian Province. Third,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency of the land spatial function types are obviously different. Comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency of land development space and sustainable security space of optimized development zone are higher; and the ecological function areas and the main production districts of agricultural product comprehensive efficiency are relatively high; the development and utilization efficiency of eco-environmental space of each function area are generally high,the difference is small.
