摘要
近年来,在我国社会经济迅猛发展的同时,土地资源瓶颈与生态环境矛盾也日益显现,越来越多的学者开始关注区域土地资源承载力,并主要从经济、社会、环境等角度对土地资源承载力进行综合评价,以期为优化土地资源开发利用提供决策依据。本文从土地资源承载的能力测度出发,基于土地资源承载强度(Strength)、效率(Efficiency)、潜力(Potential)三个方面,结合模糊综合评价法,构建了土地资源承载力SEP评价模型并对上海市闵行区土地资源承载力开展了评估。评估结果表明,自2000年以来闵行区的土地资源承载力总体处于警戒与一般水平,其中承载强度自2005年以来一直处在警戒水平,是限制闵行土地资源承载力水平提升的关键因素。
Because of the bottleneck of land resources and environmental problems with the rapid development of economy in China recent years,more and more researchers begin to focus on the carrying capacity of regional land resources based on the comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of economy,society,and environment. The evaluation method of land resources carrying capacity named SEP model was established from three aspects: carrying strength,carrying efficiency and carrying potential and using fuzzy evaluation as quantitative evaluation method in this article. As case study,this article evaluated the land resources carrying capacity of Minhang District in Shanghai. The evaluation results show that the carrying capacity of land resources in Minhang District has been in the alert and general level since 2000,and the carrying strength has been at the alert level since 2005,which is the key factor to limit the land resource carrying capacity of Minhang.
