摘要
本研究针对风能产业领域初任工程师所需胜任力进行分析,研究方法采调整式蝶勘约莫法(modified DACUM-AMOD)和模糊德怀术(fuzzy Delphi technique),经过专家座谈、DACUM-AMOD会议、专家审查和模糊德怀术调查等四个阶段,辨认认出此一领域本科生毕业以上初任工程师的职能层级。研究结果共获得9项职责,27项任务和105项职能之风能初任工程师所需职能目录。结果可做为相关人才征、选、育、用、留和后续研究之参考,以缩减育才端课程内容和求才端人才需求之间的落差,有益我国产业再度创新及转型。
This study analyzes initial engineers competencies in the field,by using a modified DACUM-AMOD process and a fuzzy Delphi technique. Through a panel discussion,a DACOM-AMOD meeting,an expert review and a fuzzy Delphi survey,necessary education level and proficiency level for the initial engineers are also indentified. The result of this can serve as the reference for the selection,preparation,assessment and placement of related professionals and reducing the gap between the supply and demand sides.
