地域歧视的环境成因及对策建议

The geographical thinking on regional discrimination

我国幅员辽阔,地域歧视现象常见。本研究介绍了地域歧视的内涵,概述了我国在高校招生、就业及经济方面的地域歧视现象,从地理环境角度分析其原因,认为自然环境差异是根本原因,人文环境是直接原因;另外,个体环境感知的惯性作用也助长地域歧视;最后基于适应论和和谐论提出相关建议。

China is vast in territory,regional discrimination exist in different areas and industries. This study review the connotation of regional discrimination and the existence of it in college enrollment,employment and economy firstly,and then analyzed its reason in the perspective of geography,finds the difference in natural environment is the root cause and in human is the immediate,and more,inertia effect in person's environmental perception also encourages it. At last,proposed relevant suggestion to eliminate it based on the adaptation theory and harmony theory.
