摘要
以山东省省会济南市为例,运用ENVI5.1与ARCGIS10.2平台对1990—2015年四期遥感影像进行处理。分析城镇化进程中济南市土地利用动态变化的特征,在SPSS19.0平台上采用主成分分析法揭示济南市1990—2015年土地利用变化的城镇化相关驱动因子。结果表明:1990—2015年济南市土地利用格局有较大变化。从动态度看,1990—2015期间,用地面积增加的地类包括耕地、水域和城镇建设用地,城镇建设用地的年变化率最大;用地面积减少的地类包括林地、农村居民点和未利用地,未利用地的减少幅度最大。选取11个城镇化相关指标进行主成分分析,从人口增长、经济发展、政策导向和科技水平等方面研究土地利用变化驱动机制。研究结果可为济南市土地利用总体规划的编制及各类土地的合理利用提供参考和借鉴。
Take Jinan,the capital of Shandong Province as an example,Using ENVI5.1 and ARCGIS10.2 platform to deal with four phase remote sensing images of 1990-2015.Analyzing the characteristics of land use dynamic change in Jinan during the urbanization process.On the SPSS19.0 platform,principal component analysis was used to reveal the urbanization related driving factors of land use change in Jinan during the past 1990-2015 years.The results show that,the land use pattern in Jinan changed greatly in 1990-2015 years.From the perspective of land use dynamics,during the 1990-2015 period,the land types increased,including farmland,water areas and urban construction land,and the annual rate of urban construction land was the largest;reduced ground areas include woodland,rural settlements,and unused land,and the largest decrease was in the unused land.11 Urbanization related indexes were selected to carry out principal component analysis.Studying the driving mechanism of land use change from the aspects of population growth,economic development,policy guidance and scientific and technological level.The research results can provide reference for the compilation of land use planning and the rational utilization of all kinds of land in Jinan.
