天津港区域突发环境事件风险等级评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来随着我国经济的飞速发展,区域环境风险问题日益凸显,各类污染事件频发,社会危害和环境影响明显加大。特别是部分高风险企业聚集区域的不断增多,更增加了突发环境事件的风险,因此有必要针对该类型区域开展突发环境事件风险等级评估。本文以天津港区域为具体研究对象,在总结现有的突发环境事件风险等级评估方法的基础上,利用指数法结合遥感技术的手段,对天津港区域进行风险等级分析,并提出相应的对策措施。为促进我国经济发展、保障环境安全提供技术支撑,也为类似区域开展相关工作提供了良好的范例。 In recent years,regional environmental risk problems have become increasingly prominent with the rapid development of China economy,various types of pollution incidents,social hazards and environmental impact increased significantly.Especially in some high-risk enterprises gathering area is increasing,it is necessary to carry out the risk assessment of sudden environmental events for this type of area.Base on the analysis of the existing risk level of sudden environmental events,the exponential method and the GIS technology have been used to analyze the risk level of Tianjin Port area and some countermeasures have been put forward.It is important to promote China economic development and environmental protection,It is also provided a good example for relevant work.
