城市更新视角下济南市拆除违建后的几点建议

Suggestions on the demolition of unauthorized construction buildings in Ji'nan City from the perspective of urban renewal

目前,城市更新是国内外城市建设的一个热点话题,国内外学者对城市更新的研究也日趋成熟。拆除违章建筑是当前国内城市的另一热点话题,亟需研究对此进行理论指导。将济南市拆违行动置于城市更新视角下,发现济南市拆违的必要性以及拆违后存在的问题。为了解决问题,本研究针对拆除违章建筑的土地用途和规划,以及拆违后的城市治理等方面,提出了切实可行的建议。

At present,urban renewal is a hot topic of urban construction.Scholars at home and abroad have done more and more research on urban renewal.Demolition of the unauthorized construction is another hot topic in domestic cities.Research is urgently needed to guide the theory.If we study the demolition of unauthorized construction in Ji’nan City from the city renewal perspective,we will find the necessity of demolition and the problems after demolishing the unauthorized construction.In order to solve the problem,we focus on the study of land use and planning,and the city governance after the demolition of unauthorized construction.Then,we put forward the feasible suggestion.
