摘要
运用AHP和多目标线性加权函数法相结合的方法建立评价模型,综合评价山西省吕梁山连片特困区现代农业发展水平。结果表明:(1)连片特困区整体而言,农业现代化程度低,处于发展起步阶段,农业生产条件、农业生产结果与农民生活水平的现代化程度依次降低;市域层面,3市农业现代化程度均不高,为忻州市&临汾市&吕梁市;县域层面,农业现代化程度差异较大,忻州市各县位于起步阶段高级亚阶段,吕梁市各县位于起步阶段低级亚阶段。县域农业现代化程度整体呈现中间低、南北部较高的空间格局;(2)农业生产条件、生产结果与农民生活水平对现代农业的贡献分别为16.4%、29.7%和53.9%。农业电气化与机械化水平低、生产条件落后是现代农业发展的瓶颈。落后的农业生产条件导致生产结果效率低下,农民可支配收入低,农民生活水平低是该区现代农业发展迟缓的根源。
The comprehensive evaluation model was established by the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multiobjective linear weighting function method.The development level of modern agriculture in continuous poverty areas of Lvliang Mountains in Shanxi Province was comprehensively evaluated.The results show that:(1)In the whole area,the degree of agricultural modernization is low,and it is in the stage of development.The conditions of agricultural production,the results of agricultural production and the modernization of peasants’living standards are in turn lower.At the city level,agricultural modernization of 3 cities are not high,followed by Xinzhou City>Linfen City>Lvliang City.At the county level,the degree of agricultural modernization in 13 counties is quite different.The modern agriculture in counties of Xinzhou is in the advanced stage of the initial stage,and the counties in Lvliang are in the low stage of the initial stage.The degree of agricultural modernization shows the middle is low and the north and South are relatively high.(2)The contributions of agricultural production conditions,agricultural production results and the living standards of farmers to the modern agriculture were 16.4%,29.7%and 53.9%respectively.Low level of agricultural electrification,low level of mechanization and backward conditions of agricultural production are the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture in the region.The backward conditions of agricultural production leads to the low efficiency of agricultural production results,which leads to the low disposable income of farmers and the low living standard of peasants,which is the root cause of the slow development of modern agriculture in continuous poverty areas of Lvliang Mountains.
