新形势下提升卢氏县环保宣教工作实效的思考

Considertaion on improving the effectiveness of environmental education work in Lushi County under the new situation

洁净的环境、洁净的空气、洁净的饮用水是人类生存和发展的基础,然而随着经济社会的快速发展,各种污染事件和环境问题逐步显现,卢氏县青山绿水好空气的好生态正逐渐遭到破坏,生态文明建设和环保宣传教育正逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。党的十九大报告对环境保护和生态文明建设提出了明确的要求:加快生态文明体制改革,建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化。这为卢氏县环保宣传工作提供了有利的大环境,更对新时期卢氏县环保宣教工作提出了新的要求,要因地制宜制定宣教方案,拓展宣传形式,切实有效提高公众环保意识,培育绿色、低碳、循环的生产生活方式,推进卢氏县环境保护和生态文明建设进程,构建人与自然和谐相处、环境保护和经济社会协调发展的现代化卢氏。

Clean environment,clean air and clean drinking water are the basis for human survival and development.However,with the rapid development of economy and society,various pollution incidents and environmental problems are gradually emerging,and the good ecology of green water and good air in Lushi County is gradually being destroyed.The construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection publicity and education have gradually become the focus of social attention.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress put forward clear requirements for environmental protection and ecological civilization construction:speeding up the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a modernization that is harmonious and symbiotic between man and nature.This has provided a favorable environment for Lushi environmental protection publicity work and puts forward new requirements for Lushi environmental protection education work in the new era.It is necessary to formulate educational programs according to local conditions,expand publicity forms,and effectively raise public awareness of environmental protection.We will foster a green,low-carbon and circular way of production and life,promote environmental protection and ecological civilization in Lushi County,and build a morden Lushi country with harmonious relationship between man and nature,environmental protection and coordinated economic and social development.
