摘要
矿井水的资源化综合利用是实现水资源节约和环境保护的关键举措。本文以济钢集团的张马屯铁矿矿井排水为例,首先分析确定了-360 m水平面矿井巷道的平均稳定涌水量为4.19万m^3/d,然后分析矿井水的水质水化学特征,对比济钢生产用水的水质要求,提出处理方案。最后,根据铁矿厂本身及济钢生产生活水量、水质需求,确定了矿井水的综合利用配置模式。
The comprehensive utilization of mine drainage is important to water conservation and environmental protection.Taking Zhangmatun mine drainage as an example,first,this paper determines average mine drainage amount is 41 900 m3/d in-360 m horizontal plane.Then according to chemical characteristics of water in mine drainage and standard for water quality in production water of the Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation,this paper puts forward solution.Last,according to demand for living water amount and water quality of the iron mine plant and the Jinan Iron and Steel Droup Corporation,the comprehensive utilization allocation mode of mine drainage is determined.
