摘要
技术进步是矿业发展的重要推动力量。本文从新时代和生态文明建设的要求出发,运用Cobb-Douglas动态生产函数,阐述了我国矿产资源行业技术进步、效率与矿产资源耗竭的关系和特征,并得出技术创新效率不均衡、相对滞后的论断。最后,指出我国矿产资源行业发展要以技术进步为基础、技术投入为支撑,提高矿产资源行业的技术创新效率。
Technological progress is an important driving force for the development of the mining industry.In this paper,starting from the requirements of the new era and the construction of ecological civilization,using the Cobb-Douglas dynamic production function,the relationship and characteristics of China’s mineral resources industry technological progress,efficiency and mineral resource depletion are described,and it is concluded that the technological innovation efficiency is unbalanced and lags behind.Finally,it was pointed out that the development of China’s mineral resources industry should be based on technological progress and technological inputs as the support to increase the technological innovation efficiency of the mineral resources industry.
