墨西哥环境流量评估方法研究

Mexican environmental flow assessment standard

"一带一路"倡议的提出,加强了中国与其它国家的国际合作,提高了中国标准与国际标准对接的要求。本文系统梳理了墨西哥环境流量评估的相关规定,分析了墨西哥环境流量评估的方法、计算准则和评估流程,通过对比分析中国-墨西哥环境流量评估方法,识别了主要的异同点。研究可为完善环境流量评估的理论方法和管理标准提供参考,为河流生态环境保护和可持续发展、以及"一带一路"沿线的国际合作提供技术支撑。

The proposal of the’Belt and Road’initiative has strengthened international cooperation between China and other countries in the world. It also has increased the requirements for the connection between Chinese standards and international standards. This paper reviews the standards and relevant regulations for environmental flow assessment in Mexico,and analyzes the methodology,calculation criteria,and assessment process of environmental flow assessment in Mexico. Through comparison,the main similarities and differences in environmental flow assessment standards between China and Mexico were analyzed. The result of the research can provide reference for improving the theoretical methods and management standards for environmental flow assessment in China. It also can provide technical support for ecological environmental protection and sustainable development of river development,and boost the international cooperation along the'Belt and Road'route.
