国内外耕地撂荒研究进展

Research progress on arable land abandonment in China and abroad

耕地撂荒不仅影响我国粮食安全,而且严重影响美丽乡村建设,阻碍乡村振兴战略实施。通过阅读分析法综述国内外学者的研究成果,总结国内外学者对耕地撂荒的研究进展,并针对我国撂荒治理提出相应的对策建议,为将来耕地撂荒的研究方向提供借鉴。研究发现:耕地撂荒形成的影响因子有经济效益、自然条件、农户综合素质、政府政策等;撂荒的类型有显性撂荒、隐性撂荒;撂荒主要分布在各国山区,少数国家地区的平原存在撂荒;撂荒地调查研究方法有传统的实地调查法、应用MODIS时序数据制图、基于RS/GIS/SVM和景观指数提取撂荒耕地的时空分布信息等方法。中国目前仍缺少全国层面的耕地撂荒定量化评估研究,建议开展全国撂荒耕地的普查,分析耕地撂荒的影响因素,预测耕地撂荒的发展趋势,研究提出耕地撂荒的政策措施。

The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on arable land abandonment,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the treatment of abandoned wasteland in China,and provides a reference for the future research direction of arable land abandonment. The methods use reading analysis to round up the research results of scholars in China and abroad. Results show that the factors affecting cultivated land abandonment include economic benefits,natural conditions,comprehensive quality of farmers,government policies,etc. The types of abandoned wasteland include dominant abandonment and recessive abandonment. Abandonment is mainly distributed in mountainous areas of various countries,and plains in some countries are abandoned. The methods of investigation and research of abandoned land are traditional field investigation method,application of MODIS time series data mapping,and extracting spatiotemporal distribution information of abandoned cultivated land based on RS,GIS,SVM and landscape index,etc. Conclusion is that China still lacks the national level of quantitative assessment of arable land abandonment. It is suggested to carry out the census of abandoned farmland in all provinces,to strengthen the analysis of the factors affecting the abandonment of cultivated land in the provinces,to predict the development trend of arable land abandonment,and to study the policies and measures of arable land abandonment.
