摘要
当前,在我国建立和执行最严格的生态保护制度,淘汰落后和过剩产能的倒逼形势下,建筑骨料行业到了转型升级的关键时刻。加强依法办矿,科学开采,恢复和治理矿区地质环境,修复矿区生态系统,体现企业社会责任,成为建筑骨料矿山建设绿色矿山的核心关键。针对建筑骨料矿山现状特点和功能分区,提出了各功能区植被恢复技术模式,旨在为建筑骨料矿山建设绿色矿山提供技术支撑。
Now China is establishing and implementing the most stringent ecological protection regulations. It is the crucial moment in transformation and upgrading of building aggregate industry under the pressure of overcapacity market and backward production capacity. The key tasks of building aggregate mine constructing ’green mine ’include strengthening mining by law,scientifically mining,revivifying and controlling geological environment in mining area, fixing ecosystem and undertaking corporate social responsibilities. It put forward the vegetation restoration technical model of different function zones based on the current situation and function zone of building aggregate mine to support necessary technologies for’green mine’.
