摘要
电力作为二次能源中的重要支柱,关系着国计民生。合理的电源结构有利于电力系统的健康和可持续发展。针对可再生能源高渗透率区域弃风、弃光和弃水问题,综合考虑资源禀赋、供电可靠性、环境影响、用电经济性和电力外送等影响因素,按照绿色优先、统筹协调、创新驱动和经济合理的原则,建立兼顾经济效益和环境效益的双目标优化模型。以C省为例,进行模拟优化计算,结果表明:在经济性和环保性两个指标下,水电比风电和太阳能发电更具优势,而在风光水火四种电源中,火电最次。优化后C省2020年全口径装机为10648.45万k W,其中水电、火电、风电、太阳能发电的装机分别占77.96%、15.42%、5.63%和0.99%。
Aiming at the problem of abandonment of water,light and wind in areas with high permeability of renewable energy,comprehensively considering factors such as resource endowments,power supply reliability,environmental impact,electricity economy,and power transmission,and following the principles of green priority, overall coordination, innovation-driven and economic rationality,a dual-objective optimization model that takes both economic and environmental benefits into account is established. Taking C Province as an example,to simulate and optimize calculation,the results show that considering both economic and environmental indicators,hydropower has more advantages than wind and solar power,while the thermal power has the least advantage. After optimization,the total installed capacity of C Province in 2020 will be 106.484 45 million k W,in which hydropower,thermal power,wind power,solar power accounte for 77.96%,15.42%,5.63% and 0.99%,respectively.
