摘要
FLOWERING LOCUST(FT)是长距离运输信号物质,调节营养生长与生殖发育的转变,对开花调控意义重大。FT主要在叶片中表达,受光周期等多个途径调控,并以FT蛋白而非mRNA转运到顶端分生组织处,激活一系列下游基因,从而诱导开花。本文就FT基因的表达机制、FT蛋白的长距离运输、及其在顶端分生组织中诱导成花的机理等进行了综述,并结合FT的研究现状展望了未来的研究方向。
FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)is a key material to control the changes from vegetative growth to reproductive development.And FT protein,as a long-range signal,plays an important role in regulating the flowering time.FT can express in leaves,which is regulated by some flowering pathways,such as photoperiod way.It is FT protein not FT mRNA that is transported into the apex meristem for flowering induction.This paper summarizes the mechanisms for FT gene expression regulation,FT protein long-range transportation and flowering induction in apex meristem.It also discusses about the prospects of future research works,according to present research status.
