结球甘蓝10Q-961无蜡粉亮绿性状遗传规律初探

First Exploration on Genetic Law of Glossy Wax-less Characteristics on Cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.)Material 10Q-961

以结球甘蓝无蜡粉亮绿材料10Q-961(P1)与普通有蜡粉材料10Q-206(P2)为亲本进行杂交、自交和回交,配制六世代材料,对结球甘蓝10Q-961无蜡粉亮绿性状遗传规律进行研究。对分离比例进行χ2检测,初步结果显示,结球甘蓝10Q-961无蜡粉亮绿性状为隐性单基因遗传。

In order to study on the inheritance of glossy wax-less characteristic,F1,F2,BC1P1 and BC1P2 populations were obtained through crossing,selfing and back-crossing by cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.)material 10Q-961(glossy wax-less appearance)and 10Q-206(normal wax appearance).The results of χ2 test on the separated proportion preliminarily proved that the trait of glossy wax-less was controlled by one pair of recessive gene.
