黄瓜穴盘育苗播后灌溉施肥技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 以黄瓜品种中农203为试材,研究了与播前启动肥配套的播后不同施肥种类、施肥浓度及施肥频率对黄瓜幼苗生长发育及壮苗形成的影响,通过测定黄瓜幼苗茎粗、全株干质量等形态指标及叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标,筛选出黄瓜穴盘育苗播后灌溉施肥较优处理为:子叶平展至第1片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-10-20两种肥料交替施用,施肥浓度为N 100 mg·kg^(-1);第1片真叶平展至第2片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-20-20两种肥料交替施用,施肥浓度为N 200 mg·kg^(-1),两个阶段施肥频率均为1次肥、2次水。黄瓜幼苗表现为壮苗指数增加、叶绿素含量升高和根系活跃吸收比增强,分别比其他处理提高了6.13%~15.44%、3.75%~16.41%、5.85%~14.85%。 Taking cucumber(Cucumis sativas L.)‘Zhongnong 203’as experimental material, we studied the effects of different types,concentrations and frequencies of fertilization after sowing on growth and strong seedling formation.Through testing cucumber seedling stem diameter,whole plant dry weight,chlorophyll content and root activity,a better treatment for irrigation and fertilization after sowing for cucumber plug seedlings was screened that 12-2-14,20-10-20 fertilizers were used alternatively with 100 mg·kg-1 N from cotyledon to the first true leaf flatting;12-2-14,20-20-20 fertilizers were used alternatively with 200 mg·kg-1 N from the first true leaf to the second true leaf flatting.The frequency of fertilization was once fertilizer every twice water.Seedling index, chlorophyll content and root activity were all increased,which was higher than that of the other treatments by 6.13%-15.44%,3.75%-16.41%,5.85%-14.85%, respectively.
