摘要
采用光泽度仪(HYD-09)对76份不同生态类型的黄瓜种质资源进行果皮表面光泽度检测。结果表明:黄瓜果皮表面光泽度在品种和类型间存在一定差异,变幅在1.32~4.92 Gs之间;筛选出果皮表面光泽度值在4.60 Gs以上的光亮果皮种质资源3份;果皮表面光泽度值在1.60 Gs以下的灰暗果皮种质资源9份。
In this study,mature fruit surface glossiness of 76 accessions of different ecological types of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)were tested by glossmeter(HYD-09).The results showed that there were obvious differences in fruit surface glossness between varieties and types of cucumber germplasm.The changing amplitude was ranged from 1.32-4.92 Gs.Three accessions of germplasm with glossy pericarp were screened out.Their gloss value were over 4.60 Gs.And 9 germplasm with gloomy pericarp and gloss value below 1.60 Gs were selected.
