急性放射病时小肠肌电活动的改变及其机制的初步探讨

摘要 在狗、豚鼠和大鼠小肠的不同部位,预先埋藏3—6对铂丝电极,记录照射前后清醒动物的小肠肌电活动。正常禁食狗出现典型的消化间期移行性肌电复合波(IDMEC),周期平均为76.5±19.5—89.8±20.6分。正常豚鼠和大鼠也出现了移行性肌电复合波,周期较短,豚鼠为60分左右,大鼠为7—20分。狗全身700拉德γ线照射后早期小肠肌电活动明显增强,表现为第1时相缩短,第Ⅱ时相明显延长,峰波振幅增高。极期开始后肌电活动变弱,出现复合波的传导紊乱,临死前的电话动严重抑制或消失。豚鼠和大鼠全身800拉德γ线照射后小肠肌电活动的变化与狗的基本相拟。切断狗的肠系膜神经和分别切断大鼠膈下迷走神经或两侧内脏神经对照射后小肠肌电活动无明显影响,这表明照射后小肠肌电活动的改变与小肠外来神经的关系不大。 The migrating myoelectric activities(MMC) of concious dogs, guinea-pigs and rats were recorded by means of chronically implanted electrodes at the different parts of the small intestine. After 700 rad γ-irradiation the canine intestinal myoelectric activity was augmented at the early stage and weakened and disordered after the onset of the acute stage. The changes of MMC of guinea-pigs and rats after 800 rad γ-irradiation were similar to those of dogs. Severing the mesenteric nerves of dogs or the subdiaphragmatic vagus nerve trunks and bilateral splanchnic nerves of rats respectively did not influence the post-irradiational changes of intestinal myoelectric activities.
