摘要
用乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠,研究了迷走神经在雨蛙肽抑制胃电和胃运动中的作用。结果发现,(1)雨蛙肽抑制在体胃电和胃运动,这些效应被切断双侧迷走神经所消除。(2)雨蛙肽使迷走神经胃前枝的传出冲动减少。(3)雨蛙肽可使离体胃电和胃运动亢进。结果提示,雨蛙肽对在体胃电和胃运动有兴奋和抑制二种作用,后者处于优势,其抑制效应是通过迷走神经出现的。
Using rats anesthetized with urethane, effects of caerulein on the electrical and mechanical activities of the stomach were studied and the role of gastric vagus nerve in the effects was analyzed. The experiments were performed in vivo and in vitro. The results obtained are as follows; (1) Caerulein inhibits electrical and mechanical activities of the stomach in vivo, The inhibitory effects were abolished by section of bilateral gastric vagus nerve, (2) Caerulein administered intravenouly decreased efferent activity of gastric vagus nerve,(3) In vitro, caerulein increased electrical arid mechanical activities of the stomach, The results suggest that caerulein produces both inhibitory and excitatory effects on electrical and mechanical activities of stomach, and that the fomer is prominant in vivo. The inhibitory effect is induced through the vagus nerve.
