从企业视角论减少员工主动流失的途径 被引量:5

摘要 员工流失管理是企业人力资源管理工作的一个重要部分,把员工的主动流失控制在有效的范围内,对企业的稳定与发展有着重要意义。本文从员工的招聘、薪酬、工作环境等方面,以企业的视角就如何减少员工主动流失进行了探讨。
