IT外包企业国际市场进入方式选择研究

摘要 本文以跨国经营理论和交易成本理论为基础,将我国IT外包企业国际市场进入方式的影响因素归结为内部因素和外部因素,并构建了相应的理论框架。选取我国11家IT外包企业为研究样本,采用多案例研究的方法,对我国IT外包企业的国际市场进入方式选择进行初步探析。
