建立战略性人力资源管理之我见 被引量:2

摘要 战略性人力资源管理是企业管理的一项重要职能,并且随着时间的推移,人力资源管理不断得到普及和扩张,从而提高了企业的竞争力和企业员工的素质,实现了企业的战略目标。战略性人力资源管理是一种将战略管理目标转化为个人绩效的系统,通过有效的组织来取得最优的工作结果。本文试图就建立战略性人力资源管理提出一些设想,希望能起到启发作用。
