摘要 随着职场冷暴力渐渐引起人们的关注,职场排斥对企业员工绩效的影响成为当下的热点话题。本文基于我国特有环境,对职场排斥的影响进行了详细的探讨,并针对职场排斥对员工绩效的影响提出了相应的措施。
