摘要未来传统零售业仍不可或缺,因为实体店提供的购物体验是在线购物所难以企及的。而科技的快速变化也必然会给传统零售业带来一定影响,发展过程很有可能会引发传统零售业从未出现过的"变革"。中颢润认为,这种"变革"就是如今零售业不再是坐等消费者去采购,而是考虑如何提高消费者的购物体验从而吸引更多消费者。
