基层员工福利满意度对工作绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以民营企业基层员工为例,采用问卷和访谈方法探讨基层员工福利满意度和工作绩效之间的关系。结果表明,企业员工福利满意度显著地正向影响工作绩效,并据此提出了民营企业福利政策的建议。
