摘要
采用熔融共混方法制备了埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)/聚酰胺66(PA66)/热致液晶聚合物(TLCP)原位混杂复合材料,研究了其结晶性能、动态力学性能及微观形态,并提出了相对结晶度的概念。差示扫描量热法分析(DSC)表明:HNTs能促进PA66的结晶并提高晶体的完善程度;随着HNTs含量的增加,体系的相对结晶度逐渐提高;动态力学性能分析(DMA)表明:复合材料的储能模量及损耗模量均随着HNTs含量的增加而显著升高当HNTs含量为40%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的储能模量及损耗模量分别提高了188%、190%;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,TLCP及HNTs均能在基体中均匀分散,且TCLP能较好地沿纤维轴方向取向、成纤。
PA66/TLCP/HNTs composites were prepared by melt blending.Dynamic mechanical thermal properties,crystallization behavior and morphology of the composites were investigated.DSC test showed that small part of TLCP promoted the crystallization.When the content of HNTs increased to 40 %,the storage modulus of the composites was increased by 188%.SEM observation of the cryogenically fractured surface showed that HNTs and TLCP micro-fibrils were well dispersed in PA66 matrix.
