摘要
通过玻璃涂层法分别制备了纯聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜和添加钙钛矿型铌酸银(AgNbO3)光催化剂的复合膜(PVC/AgNbO3)。在紫外光照射条件下分别对PVC和PVC/AgNbO3薄膜进行了光催化降解实验。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和傅里叶红外光谱对光照前后薄膜的形貌及光催化降解过程进行了分析表征。结果表明,6W紫外光辐射480h后,纯PVC薄膜失重为3.92%;PVC/3%AgNbO3、PVC/6%AgNbO3、PVC/9%AgNbO3、PVC/15%AgNbO3复合薄膜分别失重19.16%、22.94%、26.59%、31.75%,AgNbO3光催化剂加速了PVC薄膜降解。
PVC/AgNbO3 composite film was prepared by glass coating method.The photo-catalytic degradation experiments were carried out under UV light irradiation and compared with neat PVC film.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The PVC/AgNbO3 composite film exhibited a higher photo-catalytic degradation activity than neat PVC film.The photo-degradation extent of the film was evaluated directly by the weight loss.The weight loss rate of the PVC/0%AgNbO3,PVC/3 %AgNbO3,PVC/6 %AgNbO3,PVC/9 %AgNbO3and PVC/15 %AgNbO3films after 480 hirradiation,were 3.92,19.16,22.94,26.59 and 31.75,respectively.This proved that the AgNbO3 remarkably promoted the photo-catalytic degradation of PVC film.
