摘要
根据冰箱隔板的结构和大小,设计了一副大型双层注塑模具。重点分析和研究了模具的成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、冷却系统、导向定位系统、联动开模机构和脱模系统。通过采用热流道浇注系统和齿轮和齿条式联动开模机构,满足了大型塑件的成型要求,成型质量和注塑周期完全符合客户要求。
A large volume double-layer injection mold was designed for refrigerator spacers.The various parts,gating system,side core-pulling mechanism,cooling system,guide positioning system,opening mechanism,and ejection system of the mold was studied.By employing a hot runner gating system and a mold opening mechanism of gear and rack,the designed mold was well met the requirements for the quality and molding cycle of the refrigerator spacers.
