摘要
利用水滑石与钙锌、有机锡复配,并将复配出的稳定体系应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)硬制品中,通过双辊滚压热老化实验、烘箱静态热老化实验、刚果红实验、色差仪测试、热失重分析、转矩流变仪对PVC的热稳定性能、加工流变性能进行研究。结果表明,水滑石能作为PVC辅助热稳定剂,与钙锌和有机锡复配表现出较好的协同效应,当添加量为0.5%(质量百分数,下同)时,同时具有较好的分散性和热稳定性。
In this paper,an LDHs-Ca/Zn-organic tin compound thermal stabilizer was used to modify rigid PVC plastics.Rheological behavior and thermal stability of the modified PVC were studied by dynamic rolling aging,static hot oven aging,Congo red test,chromatic aberration test, thermogravimetric analysis(TG),and torque rheometer.It suggested that LDHs could act as an auxiliary thermal stabilizer in PVC,and had synergistic effect with Ca/Zn-organic tin compound system.SEM and aging experiments showed that 0.5wt% LDHs may render dispersive ability and thermal stability.
