摘要
选用较难分散的聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维(CF),以离子型脂肪醇醚磷盐(MLBH)与非离子型硅烷偶联剂(SCAT)作为分散剂,从分散机理出发,探究不同类型分散剂对CF在油性材料中分散性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜与红外光谱仪对浸丝前后CF表面形貌与化学组成进行表征,并以分散状态、沉降时间和浊度值等作为评价方法判断CF在油性材料中的分散效果。结果表明,离子型MLBH与非离子型SCAT均能明显改善CF在油性材料中的分散性,且MLBH分散效果要优于SCAT;MLBH与SCAT最佳浸丝浓度分别是0.3%和2.0%。
In this study the effect of dispersant on the dispersion of carbon fibers in non-polar matrix was investigated.Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fiber,which was difficult to disperse,was selected in our study.Ionic MLBH and nonionic SCAT were chosen as the dispersants.SEM and FTIR were used to characterize the surface morphology and chemical composition of the leached and non-leached carbon fibers.Dispersion state,sedimentation time,and turbidity value were used to measure the dispersion of carbon fibers in non-polar matrix.It was found that both ionic MLBH and nonionic SCAT could significantly improve the dispersion of carbon fiber.Besides,the effect of ionic MLBH was better than that of nonionic SCAT.The optimal leaching silk concentration of MLBH and SCAT were 0.3%and 2.0%,respectively.
