硅橡胶表面紫外光接枝聚丙烯酰胺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了丙酮-水溶剂比例、与紫外光的距离、引发剂用量对硅橡胶表面紫外光接枝聚丙烯酰胺的影响。结果表明,在1kW的紫外光下照射时,接枝硅橡胶距离紫外光光源的最佳距离为15cm,混合溶剂丙酮/水的最佳体积比为6∶4,光引发剂的最佳用量为溶剂质量的0.3%。 The surface of silicone rubber was modified viagrafting of polyacrylamide(PAAM)by ultraviolet.The surface composition and morphology of the modified silicone rubber were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),contact angle measurement,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Under 1kw ultraviolet,the optimum distance between the silicone rubber and UV was 15 cm,the optimum volume ratio of C3H3O/H2 O was 6∶4,and the optimum photoinitiator content was 0.3 %.
